Live customer support is available for our Data Services clients, Professional and Premium subscribers. (In fact, this is one of the things we do best - ask any of our customers about how we shower them with love!)

For Data Service clients, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager that is available to you by phone and email to assist with all aspects of your account and the data services that you are receiving from us.

For real estate professionals subscribing to the Professional or Premium option, we'll immediately set up a personalized training session to show you all of the great applications included in your subscription and how to get the most out of your account with us. You will also have live phone support available during regular business hours and email support through the "Get Support" option on your account.

For subscribers to our Basic Subscription plans, customer support is available by email to assist with billing or technical issues with your account only. Self-support on issues such as using your market report is available from our Discussion Forum.

We do not provide support for non-subscribers or free services. Sorry - that's just the way it is. We encourage those users to check out our customer forums.

We're on trial all the time with every client because we don't require an annual contract! Because we provide this flexibility to put your subscription on hold or cancel at any time, we do not offer free trials.

We offer two different payment plans (see below). Both options provide uninterrupted access to your subscription services, our customer support team, Discussion Forum, subscriber-only Webcasts and Webinars, and more.

Here's how each payment plan works:

Monthly Payment Plan: Our monthly payment plan provides an opportunity to become a member with the lowest upfront cost possible. It also allows budget conscious clients an opportunity to spread the cost of their membership over 12 calendar months. Members who choose the monthly plan enjoy continuous service billed to their credit card each month. Finally, members who chose the monthly payment plan may cancel their subscription or change to an annual membership at any time. Sorry, no refunds.

Annual Payment Plan: Our annual payment plan provides uninterrupted access to our service for an entire year (or more). Members who choose an annual payment option get a 20% discount from the monthly payment plan! Members who choose the annual plan also enjoy continuous service billed to their credit card. However, annual subscribers receive a notice prior to their membership's renewal date reminding them of the date upon which their membership will be automatically renewed if we do not hear from them prior.

If you've subscribed to Altos Research using our automated system online you can cancel your account by logging into your account by clicking the [Cancel] link. Once you've cancelled you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

If you've subscribed to Altos Research over the phone or in-person at a local event we've attended, you can just send an email to support@altosresearch.com. Please include your full name with a short note describing why you are cancelling. We'll acknowledge receipt of your email by sending a reply so you have verification for your records. Once you've cancelled you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don't have long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you're done.

Unfortunately we can't refund any charges that have already been made but we will stop all future charges as soon as you make a request to support@altosresearch.com.

Data Services may be rendered as a "one-time" service, depending on your situation and needs. However, most of our client relationships include an agreement because of the development, engineering, and support required to provide these services to you. Setting up an agreement also enables us to provide you better pricing for service rendered, so it's a better way to go for both of us.
