Live customer support is available for our Data Services clients, Professional and Premium subscribers. (In fact, this is one of the things we do best – ask any of our customers about how we shower them with love!)
For Data Service clients, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager that is available to you by phone and email to assist with all aspects of your account and the data services that you are receiving from us.
For real estate professionals subscribing to the Professional or Premium option, we’ll immediately set up a personalized training session to show you all of the great applications included in your subscription and how to get the most out of your account with us. You will also have live phone support available during regular business hours and email support through the “Get Support” option on your account.
For subscribers to our Basic Subscription plans, customer support is available by email to assist with billing or technical issues with your account only. Self-support on issues such as using your market report is available from our Discussion Forum.
We do not provide support for non-subscribers or free services. Sorry – that’s just the way it is. We encourage those users to check out our customer forums.
We’re on trial all the time with every client because we don’t require an annual contract! Because we provide this flexibility to put your subscription on hold or cancel at any time, we do not offer free trials.
We offer two different payment plans (see below). Both options provide uninterrupted access to your subscription services, our customer support team, Discussion Forum, subscriber-only Webcasts and Webinars, and more.
Here’s how each payment plan works:
Our monthly payment plan provides an opportunity to become a member with the lowest upfront cost possible. It also allows budget conscious clients an opportunity to spread the cost of their membership over 12 calendar months. Members who choose the monthly plan enjoy continuous service billed to their credit card each month. Finally, members who chose the monthly payment plan may cancel their subscription or change to an annual membership at any time. Sorry, no refunds.

Data Services may be rendered as a “one-time” service, depending on your situation and needs. However, most of our client relationships include an agreement because of the development, engineering, and support required to provide these services to you. Setting up an agreement also enables us to provide you better pricing for service rendered, so it’s a better way to go for both of us.
Because our Data Services really are customized for each client, we suggest giving us a call at (888) 719-7775 ext. 3 or sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. We’ll have someone from our Data Services team contact you to discuss options based on your specific needs.
Altos Research provides detailed, local research of real estate market information. Our products are available as reports for thousands of cities and zip codes across the country. People interested in the conditions of the real estate market today turn to Altos Research for the most local and real-time market information available.
Altos Research has developed a unique technology platform that gathers real estate data, analyzes it in real time and creates analytical reports for local markets. The patent-pending system gives you a snapshot of important trends in today’s market: prices, supply and demand, and insight into where the market is heading.
A lot of systems will provide you with an estimate of a home’s price using previously sold properties as sales comparables. While this number is nice to know, it lacks in a few critical areas. For example, the sample size of comparable sales is often too small (just a handful of homes that sold over a given time period) to draw any reasonable conclusions about what the market is doing right now. In a real estate market that may change rapidly, this information is insufficient to help you make informed decisions.
As an Altos Research subscriber you get access every week to the latest reports that shows the most recent pricing and market activity changes, trends and analysis. We keep you ahead of the market.
We analyze properties listed for sale on the market. There are a lot of companies out there who will estimate the price of your home. Many will do it for free. Your real estate agent will also be able to estimate the price of your home using Comparable Market Analysis (CMA).
Our system analyzes properties listed on the market for sale. While we don’t disclose our proprietary models, we’d be glad to give you a little inside information to help you understand the how you can best use our research to your advantage. Give us a buzz to discuss: email@example.com
We’re a research firm. We sell market research that gives you an advantage over other people in the market. For a free, real-time price chart, select your town from the box on the right and click Research. Also, check our blog for our thoughts on the data we’re seeing.
